Macedonian Uprising, 1878



The stamp of the Macedonian Uprising, 1878
The Macedonian Uprising, also known as the Kresna Uprising, was anti-Ottoman uprising on October 17, 1878 in the village or Kresna (Pirin Region). After Kresna was Liberated, the insurgents moved to liberate the regions of Melnik, Berovo, Carevo-selo (today Delchevo), and Valovishta.

It is not known the look of the revolutionary flag of the Macedonian Uprising, but is known the stamp of the Headquarters of the Uprising:
