Stojan Malchankov
Stojan Malchankov, born in 1875 in the Rhodope village of Skrebatno (Nevrokop Region), was a teacher and a Pirin region voivode of IMARO, participated in the Ilinden Uprising. The Ottoman authorities sentenced him to life imprisonment, but in 1911 he was amnestied. After that he was politically and revolutionary active until April 22, 1920 when he was killed by order of Todor Panica.
Dimitar Gushtanov
Dimitar Gushtanov, born in 1876 in the village of Krushevo (Serres Region), he graduated from Lausanne University in Switzerland, and after that he became an IMARO member. Was a teacher, inspector of chetas, a Drama region voivode, a close associate of Goce Delchev. He died on May 4, 1903 in a skirmish with the Ottoman police near the village of Banitsa together with Goce Delchev.
Atanas Teshovski
Atanas Shabanov - Teshovaliata also known as Teshovski, born in 1866 in the village of Teshovo (Marvashko Region, Nevrokop), was a Nevrokop region voivode of IMARO, participated in the Kresna-Razlog and Ilinden Uprisings. Protecting his native region he took part in battles against the Ottoman authorities, bashi-bazouk bands, and Greek andarts. He died on May 25, 1905 on the mountain of Ali-botush, during a uneven battle with Ottoman forces, when his cheta fall into an ambush.
Ali chaush was a Turkish bashi-bazouk band leader who terrorized the local population in several parts of Pirin region.
